Day Two

Today was hard, very hard.  I had underestimated the formidable challenge I was taking on.  By 2:30pm I could think of nothing but pasta and biscuits.  Only one more day of this torture.  

I started my morning with pure grapefruit juice, sometimes simple is the best.

For lunch I had strawberries, blueberries and soy milk in smoothie form.   

Dinner was late and sadly I do not have a picture of my concoction which was a blend of pineapple, soy milk and raspberries.  

The cravings are fierce and I’m counting the hours until I can eat solid meals again.
