Day 3

I am soooo glad this cleansing business has come to an end.  Over the last few days I have been craving tacos, pasta, biscuits and pad tai.  I’m hungry, I’m tired and I can’t wait until tomorrow morning when I intend on eating half a dozen biscuits.  

For my breakfast this morning I made a pineapple, banana, raspberry and soy milk smoothie.

At lunch time I heated a cup of 100% cranberry juice and sweetened it slightly with a tablespoon of honey.

For dinner I had blueberry, banana and cranberry smoothie.  

I’m going to bed now and I shall dream of butter and cupcakes.
